(1) Anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment:
- Black boiling and blue boiling treatment are also called phosphating treatment, which makes metal parts have corrosion resistance and rust resistance.
(2) Hardening treatment and treatment methods to increase the hardness of metal parts:
- To increase the surface hardness of metal parts, surface carburizing is used. After carburizing, the surface color will also be black.
- Quenching treatment can increase hardness.
- Vacuum heat treatment can improve the overall hardness.
