- When processing CNC precision hardware parts, operators are required to maintain the correct posture and have sufficient spirit to cope with the work. They must concentrate their minds during operation. It is strictly forbidden to chat and cooperate with each other. Operators must not operate in an irritable or tired state. For personal safety, avoid accidents and ensure safe operation. All employees should check whether their clothing meets the work requirements before entering the workplace. Slippers, high heels and clothing that affects safety are not allowed. Those with long hair must wear safety helmets.
- Before the machine moves, check whether the moving part is filled with lubricating oil, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and run the machine tool idle for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly forbidden to operate when the machine has a fault.
- When starting the power supply to start the machine, you must wait until all other personnel have left the machine working area and take away the debris on the workbench before starting.
- When the machine is working, it is forbidden to put your hands into the working area of the slider, and it is strictly forbidden to take and put the workpiece by hand. Tools that meet the standards must be used when taking and putting workpieces in the die. If the machine makes an abnormal sound or fails, turn off the power switch immediately for inspection. After the machine is started, one person is responsible for transporting materials and operating the machine. Others are not allowed to press the electric switch or step on the foot switch. For the safety of others, do not put your hands into the machine working area or touch the moving parts of the machine with your hands.
- When replacing the mold, turn off the power first. After the punching machine stops running, you can start installing and debugging the mold. After the installation and adjustment are completed, move the flywheel by hand to test punch twice. In order to avoid unnecessary collisions between the machine and the product to be processed, the upper and lower molds must be checked for symmetry and rationality, whether the screws are firm, and whether the pressure ring is in a reasonable position.
