- Galvanized sheet
Galvanized steel sheet is a general cold-rolled steel sheet roll. After degreasing, pickling passivation, electroplating process and various post-processing manufacturing, the continuous phosphating processing line becomes a phosphating product. It not only has the general physical properties and similar process performance of cold-rolled steel sheet, but also has excellent corrosion resistance and decorative art appearance. It has great competitiveness and substitution in the electronic equipment, home appliances and furniture sales market.
- General cold-rolled steel sheet
Cold-rolled steel sheet refers to the continuous cold rolling of cast steel parts into thick steel plate tubes or scrap steel of specified thickness by cold rolling mill. The surface has no safety protection and is easily oxidized by air when exposed to gas, especially in a humid and cold natural environment, where the air oxidation speed is accelerated and dark red rust appears. In application, the surface should be sprayed, electroplated or other safety protection.
- Hot-dip galvanized thick steel plate
Hot-dip galvanized coil steel refers to semi-finished products after hot stamping, pickling, passivation or cold stamping, after processing, cleaning and quenching, immersed in a zinc molten pool with a temperature of about 460°C, and then inlaid with a zinc layer on the steel plate, and then heat treated, leveled and organic chemically dissolved. The raw material is harder than the raw material, with poor plasticity, thick zinc layer, and poor arc welding ability.
- 304 stainless steel
A widely used stainless steel containing nickel, with better corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, physical properties, no hardening and bottoming after quenching and tempering, and no ductility than chromium-containing steel.
- 301 stainless steel
The chromium content is lower than 304, and the corrosion resistance is weaker, but good tensile properties are obtained, and good tensile strength and strength are obtained.
